Counselling sessions take place regularly on a mutually agreed day and time, giving you time to reflect between sessions without losing the momentum of change.
I offer a 30 minute introductory assessment session which is free of charge.
50 minute face-to-face, video call or telephone sessions at a cost £65 per session.
I passionately believe that counselling should be available to all, for this reason I keep some reduced-fee places for those who are unemployed or on very low income. There may be a wait for such a place to become available. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this further.
